Pour some some parsley flakes into a paper cup. Add just enough resin to form a pasty mixture. Since you have a "filler" in the resin, double the necessary drops of catalyst ( usual formula is 10 drops of catalyst to 1 ounce of resin) and stir in thoroughly. Fill cooking pot with the spinach mixture from the paper cup. Allow contents to harden overnight.
