Instructions:
    Pour some some parsley flakes into a paper cup.  Add just enough resin to form a pasty mixture.  Since you have a "filler" in the resin, double the necessary drops of catalyst ( usual formula is 10 drops of catalyst to 1 ounce of resin) and stir in thoroughly.  Fill cooking pot with the spinach mixture from the paper cup.  Allow contents to harden overnight.

Rosemary (Actually, rosemary may be left to the imagination, but if you really want your spinach Shaker-style, snip a bit into parsley flakes.)
