SANGRIA
Resin and catalyst
Red & Orange opague color
Oil pastels or crayons
Perch scraper (at pet shops)
X-Acto knife
Drinking straw & stirring sticks
Paper cup and toothpicks
Red transparent dye
For orange slices, knead tiny bit of orange Fimo into transparent Fimo and roll into snake about 1/4 inch in diameter.  Roll snake gently on perch scraper to give it textured "skin." Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.  Color snake using dark orange oil pastel or crayon.  Slice up snake into orange slices using X-Acto knife.  Follow this same procedure foe lemon or lime slices, using appropriately colored Fimo, but roll slightly narrower snake.  For apple slices, do not roll snake on perch scraper.
Pour small amount of resin into paper cup.  Add red transparent dye and necessary catalyst.  Stir thoroughly.  Carefully pour catalyzed mixture into miniature pitcher and glasses until they are about half full.  Add "fruit" to pitcher and glasses and allow to harden overnight.

Dark brown ballast (used for model railroads - at hobby shops)
CHILI CON CARNE
Pour small amount of resin into paper cup.  Add red and orange opague color.  Stir thoroughly.  Add dark brown ballast to resin until thick consistancy of chili is obtained.  More color may be added if necessary.  When satisfied with consistancy and color, add catalyst using twice the amount usually required.  (Usual formula is 10 drops catalyst to 1 ounce of resin.)  This will compensate for filler (ballast) which has ben added to resin.  Stir thoroughly with stirring stick.  Carefully fill miniature cooking pot with catalyzed mixture and allow to harden overnight.
