INTRODUCTION :
Stews, ragouts, fricasees, blanquettes, adobo, jollof - almost every country on earth has contributed one or more favorite stews to the culinary world. Each stew is as unique in its taste and ingredients as the country themselves.
The project which follows is a basic beef stew. The "recipe" can be adapted to the stew of your choice by changing the ingredients (made from modeling compounds and liquid resin). Many variations are listed after the project, or use the recipe for your own favorite stew, choose the necessary ingredients and start cooking!
