Follow directions for bride's cake with following exceptions.  Use only second largest cake pan for mold.  For fruit cake color, use white opague color and amber transparent dye in resin.  When cake is removed from mold, give outer edge moist look by painting with amber glass stain, then dipping brush into a bit of baking soda and painting again.  Repeat this procedure if necessary until realistic moist look is obtained.  Ice top of cake only with caulking.
