BOILED COLLARD GREENS WITH FATBACK
Catfish stew, collard or turnip greens, fried chicken, baked ham in pastry, biscuits and jam and the pecan and sweet potato pies shown above are all favorites from the Southern kitchen.  In some circles, this type of "down home"  cooking is known as "soul food."  The biscuits and jam on the right are always a fresh, flaky treat.
Note: Fimo "ingredients" are baked at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
Fatback pieces:  knead a bit of transparent Fimo into a bit of rosewood Fimo until it looks marbelized.  Break off tiny pieces and shape irregulary.  Bake as directed.  Pour some parsley flakes into paper cup.  Add just enough resin to form a pasty mixture.  Since you have a "filler" in the resin, double the necessary drops of catalyst and stir thouroughly.  Fill the serving dish with "greens" and add fatback pieces.  Allow to harden undisturbed overnight.
