For doughnuts with a hole, poke toothpick into center of each cut-out circle.  Smooth and round outer edges gently with finger tips.  For doughnuts without a hole, roll circle into ball, flatten slightly with finger tips.  Bake doughnuts at 200 to 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
For sugared doughnuts, such as cinnamon and jelly, place baked doughnuts into paper cup,  Using toothpick, drizzle a few drops of clear glass stain onto doughnuts, and stir until they are thinly coated and look shiny.  Working quickly, sprinkle beige terrarium sand into cup and shake gently until doughnuts are evenly "sugared."
For glazed or iced doughnuts, place baked doughnuts on piece of masking tape, sticky-side-up.  Using brush or tip of toothpick, paint tops of doughnuts with Great Tex Texturizing Glass Stain in your color choice.  When dry, this medium gives an excellent glazed icing look.  For thicker Iced look, use two coats.  When doughnuts are dry, arrange and glue onto miniature platter.
MILK, TEA AND OIL IN POT
These are made from resin, mixed by adding the hardner (catalyst) to the casting resin drop by drop.  Usual formula is 10 drops of catalyst to 1 ounce of resin.  Another type of resin is a polymer compound.  These are used by mixing 1 part resin to 1 part catalyst (see my earlier article here  "All About Resins" for full details.)
For milk, add white opaque color.  For tea, add amber transparent dye and just a touch of black opaque color.  For oil, add a touch of yellow transparent dye.
