APRICOT AND PRUNE KOLACHE:
A tasty Czechoslovakian sweet roll that can be made with a variety of fillings but apricot and prune are the most popular.  Powdered, unflavored gelatin is needed in addition to the basic materials.
Mix a touch of ochre into white Fimo.  Roll out on a flat surface to a thickness of 1/8 inch.  Using the 5/16 inch Kemper circle cutter, cut as many rolls as needed.  Press indentation into each with modeling tool or pencil eraser.  Bake as directed.  When cool, paint outer edges with amber art marker.
For apricot filling, mix a very small amount of orange glass stain with enough unflavored powdered gelatin to form a thick paste.  With a toothpick, fill indentation in rolls.
For prune filling, mix a very small amount of brown acrylic paint with enough gelatin to form a thick paste.  Add filling to rolls as above.  When dry, arrange and glue to platter.
