----------------------------------------------------------
Pour small amount of casting resin into paper cup.  Add white opague color and just a touch of red transparent dye.  Add catalyst and stir thoroughly.  Carefully pour catalyzed mixture into miniature dessert mold until 2/3 full.  Take a good pinch of red terrarium sand and sprinkle into resin in mold.  Allow to harden undisturbed overnight.
Remove mold by squeezing slightly then tapping on hard surface.  Glue to platter.
To decorate with whipped cream, use toothpick to draw thin line of 527 Contact Cement in one of the pleats on molded "Bavarian."  Place a bit of Polyform Modelling Compound on glue in pleat and texture into whipped cream with tip of X-Acto knife.  Repeat this in all pleats.  Glue a bit of Polyform on top and texture as above.  Bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.  For cranberries, roll tiny balls of red Fimo, bake, then glue them in clumps to dessert as desired.  Gloss entire project with clear glass stain.

Fimo, resin, supplies and "empties" are available at miniatures and hobbycraft stores.
